The EBS Advising team is here to support you with academic planning, major requirements, campus resources, and your overall success. We offer drop-in advising, scheduled appointments, workshops, and special events.

Drop-In Advising

Drop-ins are quick, first-come, first-serve sessions (about 10–15 minutes). They’re best for:

  • Questions about schedules, classes, or campus resources
  • Clarification on major requirements
  • Change of major questions (please review criteria & instructions before attending)

⚠️ Note: Drop-ins do not fulfill your mandatory advising requirement. If your situation needs more time, we’ll refer you to a scheduled appointment.

Drop-In Hours (09/22/25 – 10/03/25):

  • Mon: 1:30 – 3:00 pm
  • Tue–Thu: 9:00 – 10:30 am & 1:30 – 3:00 pm
  • Fri: 9:00 – 10:30 am

Scheduled Appointments

Scheduled appointments are for:

  1. Go to the UC Davis Advising Appointment System
  2. Select Biological and Agricultural Engineering → Undergraduate Advising – Staff
  3. Choose your advisor’s calendar to schedule
