Graduate Student Association
All graduate students become members of the Graduate Student Association (GSA) upon admittance to the Graduate Program.
Mission
The Biological and Agricultural Engineering Graduate Student Association (BAE-GSA) at UC Davis seeks to build a cohesive graduate student community within Biological and Agricultural Engineering (BAE). Our mission is to enrich the experience of graduate students by organizing social events and professional development activities, facilitating mentorship and guidance for new graduate students, and by establishing faculty/graduate students communication channels to allow direct input to the department. In addition, BAE-GSA will aid recruitment of prospective graduate students, as well as organize departmental events at conferences. BAE-GSA's mission works hand-in-hand with the BAE Departmental mission to foster support, inclusion, equity and diversity.
