Making an Impact on our Community and World

Outreach programs encourage collaboration and communication among the university, our department, and our many partners. There a number of ways in which we engage in outreach such as Cooperative Extension Specialists, the Western Center for Agricultural Equipment, Industry Partners, California AgrAbility, and more.

California AgrAbility

Directed by Fadi Fathallah, California AgrAbility's mission is to "promote independence in farming and rural living for people with severe injuries and disabilities and illnesses."

The program offers support and education in English or Spanish to "farmers, ranchers, workers and their families who have an injury, disability, or illness that limits their ability to perform farm tasks."
