BAE Assistant Professor Gail Bornhorst featured in UC Davis News

Dr. Bornhorst is featured on our university’s news website, in a story called “New Machine Simulates Human Digestion to Improve Nutrition”.  The story focuses on her creation of a machine that might help people make better decisions about when to eat, what to eat and how to prepare food to meet their own personal nutritional needs.
