Professor Emeritus Paul Singh receives Distinguished Service Award

Congratulations are in order for Dr. Paul Singh, professor emeritus, who received a Distinguished Service Award at the International Conference on Engineering and Food (ICEF) in Melbourne, Australia!

The conference was held September 23-27, and Dr. Singh was given the award in recognition for service to the International Association of Engineering and Food since its inception in 1976.

The International Association for Engineering and Food (IAEF) holds the International Conference on Engineering and Food (ICEF) once every four years. These conferences bring together food engineers from around the globe and are well attended. 

Again, congratulations to Dr. Singh!
